Description: The G4, 12 SMD 5050 LED side pin light  is best to create local lighting, such as illuminating shelves, cabinets or desks. You can replace 25W halogen G4 lights  with it, and can run them at 12V DC. With its 120° beam angle, it  is best for illuminating considerably large areas from a short (0.3 - 0.5m) distance. The cool running and cost effective LED G4 light is suitable for home and commercial use, and can be used up to 12 hours per day. We strongly recommend using our waterproof LED driver/power supplies in order to assure the full lifespan of 30.000 hours and optimal product performance. If you need help choosing the suitable LED power supply or require further more information feel free to contact us any time.


Please note: Electronic transformers are not suitable for LED lighting.

Recommendation: The 12 SMD 5050 LED G4 light is generally recommended to replace any 25W halogen G4 lights, and to illuminate objects and areas from a short distance. The product runs at 12V DC and is also suitable for use in cars, trailers/caravans, boats, yachts or ships.

Economical calculations: Using a 25W halogen capsule (G4) over the lifespan period of 30.000 hours consumes 750KWh energy worth of £90.00 (based on electricity cost of 12p/KWh) while using a 2.4W, 12 SMD 5050 LED G4 light consumes only 72KWh  worth of energy £8.64 (based on electricity cost of 12p/KWh).

I found it really amazing that this G4 light could replace my 25W halogen easily. I notice no difference in the brightness at all, and also very good quality of light for the price.
