In case any goods supplied are faulty or become faulty within 14 days they will be replaced free of charge or your money will be fully refunded (at your discretion). Items should not have been tampered with, used in ways and purposes for which they were not intended, modified or used in combination with other products that have not been purchased directly from us. We are only able to accept returns of 12V LED lights if suitable transformers were purchased from LEDcentre.uk.com at the time of sale. Failure to comply with any of these conditions will invalidate the warranty and release us from any liability for the replacement of your product or the return of your money. Notify us by phone or e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will refund for unwanted goods (excluding shipping fees) within 14 days of you receiving of the item. Returns have to be posted within 5 days following the notification. Returning the goods safely is your responsibility and is at your cost. Products must be returned in the original packaging, unmarked and undamaged with the invoice attached.
We comply with the requirements of Distance Selling Regulations 2000. If you wish to return unwanted goods for refund or exchange, they must be returned in good condition in the original packaging, unmarked and undamaged with the invoice attached. It is your responsibility to pack the goods securely and you must pay for the return costs. If you wish to return faulty goods under the warranty policy, items will be replaced or refunded once we receive and check the validity of warranty.
The goods remain your responsibility until we receive them, we suggest you should always use a recorded delivery. Delivery does not include unpacking, positioning, erecting or start-up of the goods. Estimated delivery times cannot be guaranteed. Please check the goods for damage and sign the delivery accordingly, once goods have been moved from the delivery address damage claims cannot be considered. Damage cannot be claimed for goods damaged on delivery where the delivery note does not indicate “damaged”. “Not checked” or “Unopened” signatures are not acceptable. In case you receive a damaged item you can claim for refund within five days by e-mail email@example.com or phone 0207 450 5292 with a copy of the signed delivery note indicating the damage.
In case ther received products are not the ordered ones, we cover the cost of return via Royal Mail, Second Class/Recorded. Other forms of delivering the returns are not accepted.
