LED Lighting

The project was to create a colour-changing bar made of corian with two parts displaying two separate colours. This project included a modern bar as a decorative part of the living room. The design and the construction were both done by Roy Middleton (07850029268) using our RGB colour changing LED strip lights.

To completethe project the following items were supplied by LEDcentre.uk.com:

-         45m of RGB LED strip light multi-coloured (indoor LED strip light is perfectly suitablefor this application)

-         2 of LED RGB controller with RF control (the LED controller is hidden)

-         1of LED RGB amplifier (to run over 20m of the LED strip light on the same LED cotroller)

Due to the two controllers the top back-panel part and the worktops can display different colours, but can be harmonized together as well. The separate pieces of colour changing LED strip lights are laid next to each other with the individual LEDs in a zig-zag shape. The light of the RGB LED strip is diffused by the transparent corian of the bar. Even though the pictures were taken during daytime, the bar lights up very brightly, and decorates the room colourfully based on the owner's mood.
